Potato Genome Browser addition

An initial analysis of the potato genome predicted 39,031 protein coding sequences [The Potato Genome Sequencing Consortium 2011] of which 438 encode for nucleotide-binding, leucine-rich-repeat (NLR)-type disease resistance genes [Jupe et al., 2012]. Following RenSeq analysis, we could correct and significantly improve the annotation of NLRs and identified, in total, 755 such genes [Jupe et al, 2013].

The sequence and positional details on the 12 potato chromosomes for 704 NLRs are shown in the genome browser addition.
